I am kind baffled about how many hours u gotta keep doing regular activities after waking up to assure ur height is the 'night one' which is the lowest height u can have in a day.

Are 5hours enough?

evening time is about 10 hours after waking up. you should not lie down during its 10 hours but you can sit or rest without lying down. The objective is to have a maximum compression of the vertebrae of the back to know your size of the evening. example if you get up at 9 a.m. you have to wait until 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. to get your evening size.
