OP, check this LL forum thread out that I started. Answers your question with a poll

"How many CM (inches) of height do you lose from the morning to the evening?"

A hairs breadth into 5'6 when I wake up, around 167.7, that goes down to anywhere between 166.5 and 165.5 on average. Once measured 164 after a heavy nights drinking with little sleep and during the world's worst hangover.

The difference between evening and morning height will not be bigger than 8 mm which is proven scientifically. If you get difference in range of 1 inch you have to be an imbecile and not  know how to measure height.

Sometimes i am 178 cm sometimes i am 177 or even slightly less (176.How much does you'r height vary between the day? . Usually when i sleep for a straight 10 hours i am 178 cm. If i take the measure in the evening i tend to be 177 but not always.
I simplu say i am 177.5 which is 5 10 exactely.
My dream is to be 183 cm or anyway above 180. I would be happy with a single inch more!
