Would really appreciate the feedback on how much femur lengthening would be possible if at all, that a former LLer could handle? This is without knowing his current sitting height or wingspan purely on your observations.

Man really hard to tell unless you wear brief boxers, your shorts completely cover your femurs.

You seem to have very long arms which usually allows for more lengthening. But that is assuming you took the photo from the correct angle. Assuming that you could tolerate the full 8cm I guess

Check the last 3 photos. Femurs exposed.

Looking at your tibias it seems you did at least 7-8 cm. Considering you already have long legs albeit with a good wingspan, i wouldn't go any more than 4-5cm.
