Depression and LL are not officially contraindicated, meaning it's not an automatic refusal.  Especially for someone of your height who's two standard deviations shorter than the average American (a pretty average average-height country even if you don't live there).

Prepare to share your current psychiatric records with a psychiatrist who the surgeon knows so they can be heavily scrutinized.

Regarding @Limbfan2020's comment, I know of several people with histories of mental illness who got LL without telling the doctors.  They had a more difficult time than others on average but they made it.  Two of them were active psychiatric patients.  One kept taking meds and got through it OK.  The other stopped meds before going; she wouldn't even get out of bed and got into fights with the staff, and stopped short of her goal.
