Can someone please give tips on how to create a mock up? I am in for femur lengthening next month and want to get a sense for proportions before I go in.

Also looking for an answer to this question. People must be using software that allows mathematical fine-tuning of limbs - they can't be eyeballing it or that'd defeat the point.
