How to get rid of the scars?

I also did LL on femur in turkey and gained 8.5 cm. I got very happy, mainly because i crossed the 170cm line. Now i am just a little bit under average but i am fine with it. As long as i am not very noticeable short.
Since I did the LON-method i got many scars, 14 scars in total.
I informed myself about plastic surgery to remove the very big ones. In the end i did the cosmetic surgery. Now, 2 months after my plastic surgery, i realized, that the scars will still be perceptible. They really bother me a lot.

There are ointments, lazer-therapy and microneedling as possibilities to improve the cosmetic outcome.
Does anyone else have the same problem, experience with these scar-treatments or knows other even better possibilities?

Is microneedling really scam?
I read a few good experiences and reviews, especially for acne scars. Unfortunately i don‘t know, if it works as good for surgical scars.
