I also did LL on femur in turkey and gained 8.5 cm. I got very happy, mainly because i crossed the 170cm line. Now i am just a little bit under average but i am fine with it. As long as i am not very noticeable short.
Since I did the LON-method i got many scars, 14 scars in total.
I informed myself about plastic surgery to remove the very big ones. In the end i did the cosmetic surgery. Now, 2 months after my plastic surgery, i realized, that the scars will still be perceptible. They really bother me a lot.
There are ointments, lazer-therapy and microneedling as possibilities to improve the cosmetic outcome.
Does anyone else have the same problem, experience with these scar-treatments or knows other even better possibilities?
Ointments and microneedling are scams. Laser will lighten them, probably just sooner than they would naturally lighten rather than giving long-term benefit.
Get tattoos if you really want to hide them.
Ive never understood the tattoo thing. Like what do you get? Just random tattoos at the pin sites? I feel like it would be such a random placement for them. Basically going for the Adam Levine look except on your legs.
Id potentially be interested in skin color tattoos though.

Is microneedling really scam?
I read a few good experiences and reviews, especially for acne scars. Unfortunately i don‘t know, if it works as good for surgical scars.

Get something big and good and geometric. Tattoos don't have to look like crap. You just need to plan ahead.
Bad advice to just advise tattoos. Not everyone likes tattoos. Scars can never fully disappear but multiple laser surgeries can put them down to a minimum.
Up to you. Some people don't like obvious surgical scars to show.
If I had big wide scars (especially pitted/indented) I would get revision surgery first. Taking a wide scar and removing it and reducing it to a thin line will go a long way. Then let that heal for a year, and then you can look into laser if its even necessary.
Im not 100% sure but revision seems to make sense for LON which has the worst scars. For internal it may not be necessary.
