After discharge from hospital and removal of my bandage exposing my leg skins I find my local skin on my right leg is numb, no pain, no tiny tingle, just no feeling, I touch it like I touch something doesn't belong to my body.

It's about one month from surgery. Anyone experienced this and recovered fully? Anyone who knows anything I can do to help it recovering? Thanks.

hey bro
if i recall you also have precice tibias done too right?
immediatly post op i had reduced sensation in my left leg right by the osteotomy sight.
it was most likely due to swelling and compressing the nerve. over time its  been getting better. im 3.4 cm and its 99% back to normal so maybe do some compression and elevate it, hopefully itll get better for you

Yes, I have precice in my tibias. You had reduced sensation in your whole left leg or just few square centimeters of it? Me just few square centimeters of my right leg, and wasn't swelling for weeks.

I have numb points where my nails from monorails where. It took me years to have a better sensation in these areas. Till now I feel them more numb than the other "normal" skin areas and I don't believe they will never be as before but still they are much better that the first months after LL and they don't cause me any problem.
I did nothing to improve the situation and I don't think there are many things that could be done. Only the time helped in my case.

Feel sorry to hear that, and that's what I worried about, take years and hardly recover. Wish you better and better man. Btw, did you take vitamin B after you found the reduced sensation.

Yes, me too, just a small patch, besides an incision, I wish I could have a good luck as you, sometimes it felt pressure inside so I don't know if sth still pressed the nerve to avoid it recover.
