I had my entire foots sole  numb and now 6-7 months later its coming back, slowly.

Take vitamin B12 supplements . It'll take time, years if not months,

Quote from: dragonslayer on April 08, 2023, 09:37:53 AMFeel sorry to hear that, and that's what I worried about, take years and hardly recover. Wish you better and better man. Btw, did you take vitamin B after you found the reduced sensation.

No I didn't. After all vitamin B6 and B12 are linked with some cancers and I didn't find any reason to supplement only for having some numb poionts in my legs.
But now is almost 90% as before and I really have no problem with the sensation overall.

Quote from: dragonslayer on April 08, 2023, 09:40:33 AMYes, me too, just a small patch, besides an incision, I wish I could have a good luck as you, sometimes it felt pressure inside so I don't know if sth still pressed the nerve to avoid it recover.

i think my "sucess" is definety tied to my slower distraction rate
are yo massaging the incision site? is it hard like scar tissue buildup? ive been massasing mine daily and its getting back to noral

I tried to message the skin sometimes but not often. No, it's not hard like scar tissue, I messaged both legs at same partial, fingers felt same. It might already be better than the first days, but I can't 100% confirm, but I would message it more.

Yes, makes sense, but for me, not just this numb skin, but also nerve caused tingles I cannot stand, so I must take them to avoid the nerve pains.
