Do 6-7 cm femur and quit this crap surgery. You think its better to do both legs?! you will waste a lot of your lifetime with two surgeries. if you do 6-7 cm femur you will start running before you recover from your second surgery. Secondly Internal tibia is questionable, you may face permanent knee pain for ever. The positive thing is you will have a realistic goal, but wasting 2+ years, am sure when you perform the surgery you may change your mind about the second one. just do 6-7 cm femur and be happy, Good luck.

6-7cm looks absolute horrendous on my femurs proportion wise there are also other reasons I will not do all on one segment one reason being when you kneel, squat and even sit there is a 6-7cm difference between the bones. Mechanically speaking that is terrible.
