You can pull of 5'10 max.

your torso is not "big" Its actually average to small. It only looks big because you are close to the ground.

For example stand on a small stool that give you 15 cm. Not so broad shouldered now right?.

Also your arms are short and it will become visible but doable at 5'10. At 5'11 you might develop another t-rex neurosis.

definition of stocky.

Alright not to sound like a broken record but your only real problem is your arms. I wouldn't lenghten so much that they look short because obviously a lot of your wingspan comes from your shoulders.

Your upper body look exellent; after a successful surgery you will go from stocky to slimly built so that's good. However keep an eye on your arms as they will stay the same size and might look weird if your height increases too much.

Unaware of any doctors in Pune -unaware of what "pune" is actually but 5-6CM should be a doable and safe option. 5'4 is about 163CM (?) so you could probably be 169-170 if you took the encessary precautions and went to the right doctor. Remember that it is expensive, lenghty, painful and potentially harmful to do this surgery before ou rush into anything.

Research extensively and plan ahead. Good luck.
