If I remember correctly, he said that he had unnaturally short legs before LL, and the surgery took him to the other end of the spectrum. That probably explains why he doesn't look so bad, even by wearing his shirt tucked-in, something that post LL patients may not feel so comfortable doing.
I can not BELIEVE how good this dude looks after 4 inches (Quads)
his before and after pictures are on the paley website. You can see the transformation there.
After viewing the accompanying video of him on Dr Paley's website which can be found here;
He seems to be in a very impressive condition athletically post limb lengthening. With a very scrutinizing eye, I would say his gait is slightly stiff during the trail running section but some stiffness is to be expected and it also could simply be just him running on uneven ground. It certainly isn't very noticeable. Proportions wise, his arms are slightly short for his height and he now has a leggy appearance but not so much that it appears unnatural, it can also be addressed with arm lengthening to fall in a more 'acceptable' proportional range.
After seeing diaries from multiple Paley patients and this video which echoes their sentiments in regards to the success of the lengthening, as of right now I believe Dr Dror Paley is one of the finest cosmetic limb lengthening surgeons in the world today and would be my number one choice.
