Wow, this is incredible! Going from 161cm to almost 174cm is a night-and-day difference. I hope you make a full recovery soon. I believe that almost no one pays attention to people's proportions, so I don't think anyone would notice your femur-to-tibia ratio. But If you plan to lengthen your tibia later, please wait at least a year. Your body needs time to adjust to such an extreme change

At this height 1,61cm I would go to max that I could get in terms of height, proportions would be my last concern.

you have to first set the goal of ok maybe 8cm most can likely do. then every cm after its a fight. if you body or bones dont allow it, you can't force it. my bone healing was ok so i was able to get to my result. my original goal was 11.5 then 11.7, getting to 12.36 was better then i thought i could do.

Why you didnt choose quadriletaral instead?.. not sure if is possible with betz, but ig you do 9 cm in femur plus 6 in tibia at the same time even you can do more.. is a question that also do because im planing do 9-10 in grece or 8 femur and 6 in tibia with betz at the same time.. thoughts?

I am the OP. No idea old account password or email.

I wanted to give you guys final update after 15+ months and end the journal here. I am doing well and so very happy with the results.

I started at 161. 3cm and ended at 173. 66cm. I did in total 12. 36cm on femurs.

Sorry for the lack of updates just went back to life and wanted to think ahead and put LL and all the behind. I removed all the media online because I just wanted to move on and for my privacy.

I am walking normal. When im outside nobody can even tell I ever did anything. Physically it looks normal, and walking its normal. All is good, when im just walking or doing regular stuff i forget sometimes it happened like long ago dream almost. Going outside its nice to be average height. With shoes i can be over 175cm.

I can really say that its a huge difference just overall in my feeling going outside before being 5'3 and to now being over 5'8. the journey itself was long, hard, painful, the result and if i could do it again yes i would without a doubt.

thanks, good luck all

dam 12 cm on the femur alone is a big achievement. but also the bone is super long when u wear shorts. im going to do about 6.5cm on the femur next yr. so im guessing i dont have to fear much i guess. can i ask you after being release from the hospital (1st surgery) were u walking or had a walker with you?
