I'm 171-172 and I think external tibias with a moderate goal of 5-6 cm would be the best and cheapest option for me too. I think 177 is a beautiful height, the number looks pretty nice too: 177. I could of course try to be 180 or more but I want to be a humble person and I hope 177 will be enough for me to find peace with my height.

Not one of the expensive ones. One that I can afford that is also not a butcher.

There was someone I read about who was 177cm who did like 5-6 cm. I was like I wouldn't be here if I was 177cm. 
In the end it's very personal and everybody has their own personal reasons.

there was 185,183 and a 181 guy let alone 177 lol..
