My basic principle is that, if you can't be tall, at least, you can look taller. And there are a lot of techniques that I've implemented in the past and worked well.

One of them is to build trapezius muscle. It's commonly believed that bodybuilding makes you look short and stubby but it's done right, then you'll get the opposite result. The reason being is simply because shoulder level is often a great indicator of someone's height. So with risen trapezius then, you make it look like your shoulder level is higher.

I find that building trapezius muscle makes you look tall

Opposite for me, I had large traps but I purposely stopped working them out because it would give the illusion of my neck being thick and short. Now that I have no traps and my neck is slim I look taller rather than bulky.

Lmao. That's all in your head.

Shoulder level is an indicator of height. Neck length isn't.

But the reason you might feel that way is that everytime you look yourself in the mirror, you just see the upper body (from chest upwards) while others see you as a whole.

That was a joke. I don't think that these traps are real. It must be some kind of bloating oil or something.

He could have those traps if he specifically trained traps, either that or synthol that they later removed but I don't think they would do that
