:/ i guess im gonna do the minimal amount for each surgery. so long i hit 5'8. I know most ppl would like to do 3 inches with one surgery but that seems crazy. anyways 3.6 and 4.6 for a total of 8.2 may be what i opt doing... i know most people will be like it isnt much of a difference but total length it does seem to make quite a difference. even .4cm. Who knows i may even opt for 3.4 and 4.4cm for a total of 7.8cm  I have a very proportionate wingspan... ? doubt it though. I'm quite picky and very precise kind of guy if you haven't noticed Lol. plus if i do external tibias it will only be like what... 5 months in frames right?

Sadly i really really do care about proportions. When i wear 2 inch lifts at work I feel like my legs are long as hell. No one really notices but i do :/ and that's what matters to me how I feel. I think another inch from 5'8 to 5'9 would just piss me off for the rest of my life especially if lost some athleticism for that extra inch. I think playing it very very safe is what i want. I'm just glad i can potentially gain 3 inches total.

I think if it was overwith quickly and i still felt short (lets say i do tibias first) i would probably force myself to do the internal femurs no matter what. but who knows maybe after the first surgery i may be like fk this  !!!! never again!!! lol

yeah i'm personally so turned off by external method but seems to be the only viable way of doing tibias without permanent pain. Although im hoping if i do internal femurs that by the time i may decide to do tibias hopefully there will be a better method of doing that segment. I can live with being 5'6ish or 5'7 with shoes on ill be 5'8 for a little while and when i do decide to do tibias i hope there's a unique internal method but for now one can only dream.
