Sounds like you have your answer then!

You’re an ideal femur patient. You have long legs so I wouldn’t go much past 4cm, you could probably get to 5cm without looking super long legged. You’ll be over 5’9” then with longish legs, which will probably give you the appearance of looking taller. Based on proportions you could then probably claim 5’10 or 5’11 in social contexts, if you want to.
If you feel the need to get to 8cm you’ll still look fine because your arms are long enough.
