As the topic title, If they gave you a free surgery and training pre-op, food etc..., with who you gonna choose and why? (location is not an issue) choose three doctors in order from the first to the last and why? and how much you want to length if your body allowed?

No what I mean is that people very often gets complications after his surgery because they lengthen too much.
