Yeah, it's that potential that gets me. 5cm gets me to 5'9.5. With the boots I'm wearing right now, I would stand at 5'11 (they give me 1.5", I've measured to be sure)

Still not sure if LL would be worth it though. I've never really struggled in life being 5'7.5

Hey TIBIKE,

While you are correct, it's also a "rationalization rabbit hole" of sorts...ya know? I actually was sent here by my psychologist if you can believe it.

He told me that if I:

1. Improved all areas of my life, so that height was my only insecurity
2. Researched the LL surgery fully, including talking to those that have had it (I know you haven't yet done LL, but we are the same height so I appreciate your perspective)

He said then I would realize that I didn't need it, and that I can be happy at 5'7.5

I guess I'll find out!

(I'm a newbie, so I appreciate that you responded to me in this thread! Thanks!)

I did the same. I almost finished med school, lost weight and hit the gym and now I have a nice body, read alot of stuff about alot of stuff so people always have fun talking with me, I am usually the life of the party when it comes to social meetings.
I have had my fair share of women (to be more specific in my 25 years I have slept with 15 different women... The last one being a french girl I met last weekend in paris during vacation there.. She actually cheated on her BF with me...)

I am happy about every aspect of me... I like my character, I like my facial aesthetics and body, Career wise I am about to be a doctor... Only thing that I lack is average height... Once I hit that I will surely have other problems like any human being, but height (an unchangble one) won't be one of them...

I dont want to accept the things I dont like about myself... I want to improve them.

TIBIKE,

I feel ya man. I've only been with 6 women in my life, but I married young as well. 6th was my wife, and that was 11 years ago. I'm very social, people tell me I should of been a comedian or a teacher because I am so engaging. I am currently working on finishing up my education (nothing as awesome as being a doc though)

I own 2 companies and am a millionaire (not bragging, just saying where I am)

I'm pretty happy with my body, I've put on about 15lbs of muscle in 2 years, and am shooting for 10+ more.

Married to a beautiful 5'9 woman. (blond, big chest, thin...oh yeah)

Kids, dog, house, a Mercedes in the driveway.

Facial aesthetics I guess I am average. I've been called handsome a lot in my life, but I have tons of self-loathing so I tend not to believe them.

Again, not bragging with any of this. But even with all that, the height thing just kills me emotionally.

If you have no money problem I would suggest you to do external tibias in Italy If you are 5'6 or above, you insuccess with women might not be due to height You can PM me if you want

I feel like a lot of older people are still bothered by there height even though they are married, successful, kids, house. This motivates Me even more to get this done to have no regrets in the future.

Indeed. This is what also motivates me to do it... It's because one thing can't cover the other. Being unhappy with yourself wont be cured by being happy with a relationship or being happy with your career... That's because life is not based on one aspect but many... And they dont interconnect.

Yeah, this weighs on me too. I'm 32 now (I said 31 in a different post, that was a typo) not getting any younger!

Lol at hinging your happiness on a woman!

I love my wife, and I love women in general, but you can't put anyone in charge of your happiness except yourself!
