I wish I knew these methods when I was 15-16yo so I could at least try. It's so weird to think that when I was at this age I literally didn't know my own height, like, it was something I never cared about, it was a nonexistent problem, even though my classmates were mostly taller than me, I never cared about it and then now I have this height dysmorphia at 21 lmao.

Sometimes I wonder... When I was 15-16 I must've assumed I'd wind up at least as tall as my old man and hes around 6'1-6'2.

it depends on ur maternal genetics if ur a male. ur mother must be short if ur short i can almost guarantee it.
