I apologize, but when attempting to upload an image, an error message indicates that the file capacity is reached, so I have placed the image intended for your viewing on my profile.

Concerning the specified left leg, I am unable to rest my knees on the floor similar to the posture adopted during Zen meditation.

Reports suggest an issue with my iliopsoas muscle, necessitating elongation.

Is there someone experiencing a comparable situation like mine?

Has anyone undergone surgery for lengthening the iliopsoas muscle?

I recently reviewed my exchanges with them.

Apologies, you are correct, the term extension was indeed not utilized.

Nevertheless, it appears definite that the operation for enhancing the iliopsoas muscle will take place.

I have verified multiple times.

Yet, I am facing a dilemma as they fail to reach out to me without elucidating the precise procedure.

Is it uncommon to undergo iliopsoas surgery?

Searching online, I came across numerous results regarding iliopsoas lengthening surgery. However, I haven’t come across any instances of this procedure being done on LL patients. Based on the image provided in the web address, it appears that there is no stress on the iliopsoas muscle during femur lengthening. My understanding is that inadequate length of the iliopsoas muscle can lead to hip flexion contracture, but it doesn’t seem to be the issue you are experiencing.

Thank you so much for your kindness

There is a surgery that involves lengthening the iliopsoas muscle! !

I will examine the hyperlink.

That’s correct
Individuals I am acquainted with who underwent limb lengthening procedures have never undergone this surgery and are unfamiliar with it.

I am contemplating visiting Korea and seeking their viewpoint.

I will request them to reiterate the reasons behind their choice to undergo this surgery.
