Does the 173cm me look off? I'm 159 and I want to increase 14cm (6Tibia + 8Femur with 2 years apart). Should I stop at 170cm (+11) and be happy or go with the max (+14?)
Because I'm afraid that at 173 my legs would look too long compared to other guys at 170.
My wingspan is 165cm.

Thank you. I also think that the 170 looks best out of 3. Perhaps I'll go with +12.5 (171.5) and gain some weight. Balance out my greed and my safety/ proportion.

Go for the max! With 170cm you are still short, with 173cm you get into the "normal-height-for-men" territory...

You have a very short height to begin with and you plan to do 2 LLs so yes, go for max.
7.5cm on femurs and 6.5 on tibias will put you in a normal height for a man. 1.70 is not a bad height but since you'll do 2 LLs and you can reach 1.73 without extreme lengthenings, go for it.

Youre already taking a big risk with 2 LLs and a total of more than 10 cm. The difference in risk the extra 3 cm add is small compared to the total risk you are taking. You might as well max at 173 cm and never think of LL again

The difference in height between 170 and 173 on paper isn’t much but to be brutally honest, the proportions look a lot better to me at 170. I’m not normally hugely interested in proportions but to my eyes 170 makes you look like you have long legs and 173 makes your torso look like it was stitched on to someone else’s legs. Not trying to be mean, just my honest opinion

Do 7.5 femurs and 5cm tibias, LL is only mainly noticeable with no clothes like at the beach. With clothes it just looks like long legs for most of the people I’ve seen.

The biggest mistake you are doing is that you are aiming for a "magical number". In your case this magical number is 170cm. This will force you to lengthen to much in one segment.

Think about it, is it really that big of a difference if you are 168cm compared to 170cm? those two cm could be the reason you develop a complication.

My recomendation is to be conservative and prioritize your health over 1-3cm.
