I’m feeling anxious. I wish to lengthen the femur by 5cm.

Indeed, extending the Femurs is acceptable, as your tibia is of standard length.
is it of standard length? I believe it seems too short.
Based on the latest technology, eos, my tibia measures 33cm while my thigh measures 42cm.
The eos is slightly below standard X-rays, but the measurements are precise. Only the actual length of the bone is being assessed. My height is between 167 and 168. However, the eos indicates my height as 166.
I am interested in your viewpoint. Would you mind if I opted for five centimeters of femur lengthening?
Please provide an honest response. I plan to upload my picture for a more definite answer.
I undergo femur surgery for 8cm and my height was 175cm.
Considering your height, 5cm on the femur won’t appear strange. Additionally, 5cm on the femur isn’t truly « 5cm » in practical terms, unlike the tibia. Therefore, if you get 5cm on your femur, in reality, it will be a little less than that.
Jokes aside, no, I don’t mind at all. Your life, your choice. Koreans prefer tibia more, but that raises the risk of arthritis more than if you did femurs. So femurs are better for health.
