ive grown almost half an inch from letro 3/8s of an inch to be exact ive also noticed when my spine is relaxed and straight im noticeably taller like over an inch before my eye level would be below my 5'11" friends but now its even the top of my head reaches the top of the cabinet door in my bathroom and spoilers im over 18 and wasn't really growing before much until I started taking letro, glucosamine, gaba, niacin, melatonin, etc. can't wait to get the mk 677 and a syringe for my hex I only need to grow 5/8s of an inch to be at my goal this is hype anyone 20 and below give these methods a try unless you stopped growing at something like 13 just try it even if your growth plates are closed these seemed to relax your bones and stretch them out a bit ive also been eating a lot of protein like eggs and potatoes, beans, and a bunch of vegetables
