169 => 177 cm to be near 5'10" with just femurs and call it a day - seems like the best option which would definitely alleviate my neurosis and make me a respectable height
or
169 => 179 cm with quads - I would do this if I was closer to 176 than 177 in the previous option because I don't wanna be 5'9"
or
169 => 182 cm to be 6'0" with 13 cm quads - very tempting option - athleticism ?, screwed proportions with my already longish legs?, will be eligible to exist on Tinder (lol) and be solid tall where I live
or
169 => 174-175 cm to be almost 5'9" just to be safe - still a respectable height and retain athleticism but maybe won't make me VERY happy
In my position, how much would you lengthen?
Do femurs first, then if you're not satisfied do tibias a year later.

yeah, the best approach. Just want to know what others would prefer to do in this scenario

Also before surgery do some mockups. 13cm might make your legs look way too long.
The first one.
Go with the first option. 1m77 is the same as 1m78 which is closer to 5'10. You are in a very good height range to benefit from this surgery to be honest. There is no point to waste your money just to get 2 cm more from 1m77. Not to mention of the downsize: worse proportion, greater risk of complication, slower recovery time...
Six feet and call it a day simply because of me being an idealist.
I would just do tibias and gain 6-7 cm and thats it.
Like I did.
If I had much money maybe I would have done another 6cm in femurs if I really wanted it but I would definitely begin with tibias.
169 to 177 since that's what I'm doing

Why would you recommend tibias over femurs if they have harder recovery and can handle less length comparatively? The cost?
