Quote from: Megaman(blueboy) on June 06, 2021, 03:40:51 AMI can’t turn on auto translate. Whose the doctor that does this and what’s the official name of the procedure?

You must use PC to turn on subtitles. But the doctor's name is Dra Maria Jose Barba and the official name is 'heel implant'.

I'm pretty sure that there are other doctors who can imitate such procedures as it's basically just injecting fillers into the bottom of your heels. I will try to dig deeper.

Quote from: Activatedxx on June 06, 2021, 04:06:12 AMPretty sure this would be a very small increase (2-3cm max)

That's about 40%-60% of what conservative LL could give you.

Quote from: Activatedxx on June 06, 2021, 04:06:12 AMand would decrease balance and athletic ability

So would LL.  Injectable Insoles (LL Alternative)

By the way, you could always do both LL and this to achieve the maximum gains.

What’s the procedure called? Are there doctors performing this right now?

The procedure is called 'Heel Implant'.

But the athletic ability is different from LL because your heels control so much of your balance

What I'm saying is both of them definitely have their own risks. But which one has less disadvantages is debatable.

Quote from: V21 on June 06, 2021, 05:13:15 PMGuys, I'm from Spain and I know someone who did it and IT'S A SCAM. The guy gained 0, it goes away fast. I also considered doing this becuase I would be happy with just 3 cm, but not worth it.

Interesting. The video was uploaded 10 years ago and the Dr. has an Instagram account: https://www.instagram.com/dra_maria_jose_barba_martinez/. She seems to be fine. Why hasn't no one exposed her?

Quote from: V21 on June 06, 2021, 08:20:27 PMAs far as I know, it's not her main thing, she does lots of other things where I guess she is legit. Regarding the feet insoles, the first red flag is that they don't even measure you before the "surgery" lol. Believe, it's fake as fk. In spain other option I did consider was an skull implant, I met the doctor. That's legit, but I decided to do LL instead, because it's just stupid to get that in your head for 2 cm, he says it's uncomfortable and can also break with impact.

Could you link me to this skull implant surgery?

Quote from: Ak95 on June 07, 2021, 03:12:48 PMWhy would someone do this ?
You will not Look Taller with this method

Of course you'll look taller. But the main thing is you will be physically taller.

If it's the looks you care about, then just do tibia lengthening.

Quote from: TouchTheSkies on June 07, 2021, 04:28:55 PMBut wouldn’t you look weird walking around barefoot? I know LL can affect your proportions, but you can wear long trousers or shorts to hide long bone segments which really aren’t that noticeable already.

The same logic applies, you can choose not to walk around barefoot. lol

In all seriousness, just forget it. I imagine it'd look weird.

Quote from: IwannaBeTaller on July 12, 2021, 09:47:29 AMYeah, just never go to the beach, the pool, invitations to dinner at a friend's house or the spa ever again. Simple, lol.

This will make your feet look deformed and that's much worse than just having longer legs from LL. People with weirdly long tibias or femurs come naturally. People with artifical heels don't.

Long femurs will almost certainly look weird. Long femurs due to LL won't seem to be natural.

With that being said, just forget about this injectable insoles. It's not really a good idea.
