Hey guys, so there are multiple studies that prove intermittent fasting increases testosterone and healing:

My question is, if one was to have mild intermittent fasting days, (16 hour fast, 8 hour eating window), he could still get all his calories in; would this aid in the distraction phase due to less pain experienced whilst fasted, stronger bone consolidation and pain resistance from increase testosterone?
