I have now reached 6cm. Everything is going good, i have no pain other than being a bit sore in the morning when i wake up. My latest x-rays show good callus growth. Still no duckass or banding knees. I still have widelegs though, but its getting much better.

This is a video of me walking right after stretching my legs.

Wow!! Your walk looks great. Is this because we are now in 2018? I’ve been reading tons of diaries & it seems that a long time ago Betz would run into lots of issues

Almost there man! Dont worry the wide legs will disappear after lengthening. Good stretching and physio will help.

To prevent widelegs you need to stretch your it-band.
