Hoi tallertree,

I assume you have the Betzbone... having a weight bearing nail, what is the challange when walking? Is your walking limited because you feel pain when stepping on the floor?

Thanks!

Yes its the Betzbone. Challenge when walking depends on how much you stretch your muscles. For me the only challenge is the widelegs, but its getting better.

I understand walking depends on stretching the soft tissue...

so you feel no pain when stepping on the ground, e.g while walking?

I have now reached 7cm

The last two weeks i have intensified the stretching and i now do it about 3 times everyday. Still no duckass but my widelegs are still present. Im sure it will go away shortly after i finnish my clicks because when i did 10clicks per day my widelegs was not as bad. Now im doing 13 clicks per day and its still not so bad but a little bit more than when i did 10 clicks.

Did more stretching help your wide legs, or is there any benefit?

Also, I (and for sure the whole community) would love to see an update of your walking with those loooong legsĀ  Internal femur with Dr. Betz 2018

Thanks my friend

Thanks Internal femur with Dr. Betz 2018

Well my widelegs are pretty much the same as in the beginning(around 2cm) and since i have reached 7,2cm they have been stretched otherwise i would have huge widelegs.
