Yes, more than enough. You'll be able to walk and do things yourself within days of the surgery.

For the most part the caretaker is just there to help you get used to it

Have you done ur LL yet? If so how long it take for u to be independent for daily life(ordering food, going to pt on your own)

Why don't you ask those who have had surgery? I'm talking about real ones. There are a few on this forum. Message them, you can get the best information from those who have surgery. I also think that the time is enough.

Yes, I am currently 3 weeks post-op.

I had my caretaker for 10 days but this was only extended as I had pneumonia so I was very weak and on a lot of meds. After 3 days recovering from that, I was able to walk and do everything myself.

Who was your doctor? Did it hurt as bad as you thought?

Dr Uysal.

No I was never in any pain. The only pain I felt was when given antibiotics. God damn it felt like my veins were going to explode out my arm but legs wise; nothing, only if I ever bent my knees.

How is it possible for almost no pain? Other LON patients say its excrutiating.
