Quote from: GrowTow on March 18, 2023, 10:06:55 AMYes, more than enough. You'll be able to walk and do things yourself within days of the surgery.

For the most part the caretaker is just there to help you get used to it

Have you done ur LL yet? If so how long it take for u to be independent for daily life(ordering food, going to pt on your own)

Quote from: GrowTow on March 18, 2023, 01:47:42 PMYes, I am currently 3 weeks post-op.

I had my caretaker for 10 days but this was only extended as I had pneumonia so I was very weak and on a lot of meds. After 3 days recovering from that, I was able to walk and do everything myself.

Who was your doctor? Did it hurt as bad as you thought?
