I don't know much about fitness, but I did notice fat people tend to be taller while sitting due to fat down there
Can you appear taller while sitting by building muscle on your glutes?

I think more than that is possible, fat people sit taller and muscle is denser than fat so theoretically maybe an inch is possible if you pack on a lot of muscle and including if you manage up a stretching/core strengthening routine for spine decompression. I'll do it and report back if anything

So if you are standing, and manage muscles group well, that would make one 1 inch taller right?

I think working out your chest and shoulders, might make you appear more taller when sitting even though aren't
