A few thoughts come to mind.
Guichet always touted how great it was his patients can use a bicycle first day after surgery.
But maybe your PT center might have a stationary bike.
And maybe the walking/stretching you are already doing is so brutal that you don't want to do more exercise on top of it
And you could fall off your stationary bike, no?
I am not doing LL right now, and getting a stationary bike for lower body and one for upper body has improved my life tremendously. Exercise is extremely time efficient and convenient. It makes me wonder
