I have slightly bad posture, according to the physio i can get around an inch of height which we measured after i stood straight with my spine against the wall, however right now i'm 167cm at 69kg.

Currently 20 years old. I have also heard that some people say that you can still gain spinal height before 25, especially while stretching. Is this true?

yes in rare cases, male spine can grow even after the teenage years. 8cms looks like your max, still looking somewhat normal with your wingspan and torso length.
