I know its already availible in paley but i cant afford it with him so do yall think its worth to delay the surgery for a bit later
And which month of 2025 will it be availible with affordable surgeons like betz, giotikas, birkholtz

Its already September. Probably available next year. Maybe months, maybe a year, who knows. But I would not dare to touch g-nail etc. And precise 2.2 is now obsolete thanks to precise max. So I'm going to wait a little more.

It's not available at Paley yet. They performed a test implant early 2024, but I talked to them and they said they aren't rolling it out until sometime 'hopefully' during 2025. Not sure if I want to wait.

Limbplastx is offering the Max right now, they confirmed it. Paley likely just wants to see more results before they start really using it, don't want another stryde issue. Maryland I don't believe uses it. Another 2-3 years everyone likely will be using it though. People are just scared to be guinea pigs

Why not use the new fitbone troch nail instead. It isn't full weight bearing but at least you would be out of a wheelchair.
