I take it you have gone there. I will take my chances and use  good judgmen. You can't say barinov is in Sarin level bad.

From what I saw to Rgkey, which is as it mentioned above a combination of doctor's and patient's mistakes, I would never trust Barinov.
This case is worse than any of Sarin's cases I've seen.

Really I've heard cases of Sarin patients who who are in wheel chairs years after surgery. AND what about what happened to Chris way more incompetence in India. If I recall rgkey did a crazy amount 8 cm while I have a more conservative goal planed.

Bander by doing a sensible amount of lengthening you surelu have less possibilities for a bad outcome.
But you still face many risks so you can't trust a doctor with a so bad case like Rgkey's.
So imo you should seek for another doctor regardless of the amount you want to lengthen.

My first choice is to do internal with mitovik but if his device isint working then I'll have to consider barinov or some one in that price range. I don't want to go to India though even with parihar.

I've been planning to get LON FEMUR done in Russia with solomin ( yes ... Lon femur, I know - ouch?) Since I really dislike how short they appear - he appears competent, so if I manage to get everything sorted and planned I'm hoping by early May/June I can go out and have surgery and then fly back home and lengthen avoiding visa issues etc ... I'm pretty headstrong in this department so once I've moved house in April and planned everything i will hopefully get a diary going and can tell you what a fking stupid idea Lon femurs was ..
