2-3 members have reported nerve damage and drop foot. One member explains how hard it is to communicate with the doctors (Bagirov). And they do external femurs.

Would you still call Russia a good option?

It's ridiculous to ask medical advice from people on the forum while lengthening. Things like "how many turns do I do" if your doctor has not inform you then it is very apalling. THe forum is for emotional support and maybe some rehabilitation stuff (like when do I start squatting) but not for distraction osteogensis stuff.

I dont see the difference between India and Russia. At least there is one doctor in India who seems to pay attention to patients. And Indian doctors invariably speak in English.
