Hi everyone, I posted long ago about doing femur with Monegal  to pass from aprox 5'6.5 to 5'8.5, i just emailed him and will have the first consultation in a few days. My question is if do you think this change is worth it or no, im doing this amount to be conservative with proportions, do people 5'8 aprox feel that bad about their height?

Lastly i have a pic that i posted long ago, what dou think of my proportions? Are my arms short or ok?

I will gladly hear some of your opinions and thank you for reading

No. 2 1/2 inches would be, unless you’re doing tibia the. 5cm is about max you can do safety

Yeah. If you can, I would even nab an extra inch to make it 5'9.5. Your torso/arms are longish for 5'6.5 so your proportions would look even better with more legs

Losing 10kg will be the best for your vertical lines and proportions, but yes 2 inches is worth it, but beware CLL is addictive and u may decide during CLL to push for 3 inches which is very tough with has much greater chance of issues (in my experience).
CLL will also help weight loss, i lost 5 kg during CLL, but probably much of it was butt and thighs though, and the added height will also help ur BMI.
