Is this real letrozole?

I bought this letrozole from americanresearchchemicals. I did not notice that it was damaged in anyway upon arrival but I later noticed that there is a white substance at the bottom of the bottle, (I tried to capture this in the Picture) which made me wonder if the substance was not sufficiently mixed or if there was something wrong with it. Do you guys now what this is, like is it just some cheap fake letro or is it something wrong with it?

Did you have prescription for it or where did you buy it? Because I have not really feelt that strong sideeffects which really make me question the legitimacy of it. And how strong are the sideeffects, are they inevitable to miss or can you go on without noticing them (especially if you have a lot going on like gym and stuff)?

Like in the begining I feelt strong soreness from the gym but now I do not Think about it, could I miss the side effects in the same way?
