7.5 centimeters in the femurs, 6 centimeters in the tibias with a grand total of 13.5 centimeters (or around 5.3 inches). I made sure to take in account the "tibias are about 80% the length of your femurs" thing.

My wingspan looks tiny, but that's nothing 10 centimeters (5 centimeters in both humeruses) couldn't fix.

Lengthened: https://imgur.com/a/DUW6Ldn

This would give me a grand total height of 5'9.5.

Thoughts?

I would only do femurs, I think lengthening the tibias makes your legs look much too long.

Your body proportions are quite similar to mine except you have proportional forearms (mine's shorter), maybe we are the same height as well. To be honest it looks uncanny because of the small frame, akin to a  prepubescent male that recently had a growth spurt which will subsequently enlarge his torso soon. I think @short2tall is right, only lengthen the femurs or reduce the amount on the tibia.

several guys wrote in their diaries that they regret having lengthened too much on their femurs/tibias as it doesn't look good + complaints about their health. Some wrote that they think they wouldn't have had those certain complications if they lengthened less.

Still there are people who want to lengthen that much on one segment?

Honestly I think your femurs look too long. If you still do 7.5cm on femurs and less on tibias it looks even weirder.

If you do both segments anyway lengthen them equally at least. Or 6 on femur and 5 on tibias.

What about 6 and 4.5? You will be much better proportionally and still grow several inches. The slender man look does not suit you and you may regret it both aesthetically and health wise.

How does 6 femurs, 4.5 tibias look? : https://imgur.com/a/piCQ2mo

That would be perfectly passable as normal if you filled out your frame a bit post rehab

If you lengthen 6 cm in both femur and tibia, you won't ever be going to the beach without covering your torso and legs. You will look like you have klinefelter syndrome with that frame and elongated legs.

I'm sorry, I'm not an expert when it comes to proportions..just ask yourself what's more important for you to be taller and look normal or to be taller and look strange. Mock ups might not exactly show the reality how you will look in the end. If there's someone in your surroundings who knows about your surgery and accepts it, you can ask that person during lengthening how he/she sees you and if it looks normal.
