Why is there such a lacking in video proof of a healthy recovery. I have seen videos of people running slowly but nothing that exemplifies a true full recovery such as playing soccer aggressively or doing deadlifts/squats in the gym at a respectable weight.
I understand full recovery is a somewhat ambiguous term and different people assign different meanings to the idea of full recovery.
Because people want to go back to their life and forget asap about the surgery and the forum
It's more difficult to hide your identity in videos than in pictures. And most LL patients are very careful about keeping their identiy private...

How is your recovery going?
You will never see a video of someone playing soccer lol
I imagine that after the operation it's very hard to do team sports that require to excel physically because our legs are weak
But I hope it is always possible to cycle
Guessing a recovery enough to play sports really vigorously would take 2 years, and by then no one cares about the forum. Also hiding your identity is tougher on videos like someone said.
There's a lack of video evidence because it doesn't happen, or happens very rarely
This surgery will negatively effect your sports abilities; no doubt about it
The soft tissue damage is the culrprit
Your sports abilities and walking abilities. Your gait won't be normal anymore.
Aren't you getting any better @Crimsontide?
I'm hoping that over the weekend or at least on Memorial Day this Monday I'll have enough free time to post a recovery video.
What sort of things would you guys be interested in seeing to judge recovery level?
