can you touch your toes after LL and how much can the fhigh bone and the tibia be lengthened and could they be lengthened at the same time

1) depends on flexibility, most can after recovery and effort yes
2) 8cm or 3.15inch is a typical goal for femur
5cm or 2inch is typical goal for tibia
3) yes, but it is incredibly difficult and harder to reach each individual max limit and pain and suffering and longer to recovery and not recommended. Give me the ability to do all both segments same time at the best doctor in the world for free, and I will still decline

I can right now but my reach is 177cm+ and I am only going to be doing a total of 8cm

SNC can touch his wrist to his toes 5 months after surgery. Everyone's flexibility is different
