I decided to go for only 1 surgery and do 9cm and forget about this complex.

Probably gonna do LON since I can remove the externals sooner and is cheaper than internal only.

So, I would like to know if I should length tibia or femur, it seems to me that they are about the same length!

I know 9cm is much but I can't afford 2 surgeries, and I know once I length 9cm I will have almost 50% leg height ratio... But I prefer to be a 5'9 long legged guy and forget about being short, also my wingspan is 177cm which is will be 1cm longer than my final 176cm height.

Should I choose femur or tibia guys?

In your case Femur Is a must. Tibia cannot be longer than femurs.
9 is a Big Big lengthening. My advice would be to look at 6,5-7 and try to gain som extra mm with a proper allignment.

Thanks for the fast feedback Dr Monegal!
Is the allignment made while the bone is lengthened?
I suppose that if I do it with about 7cm lengthening I might become 175cm, which would still be great for me!
My problem is that I earn in reais which is about 3 times less valuable than euro or dollar, so I would have to earn triple time to do it, and operation in Brazil is the same price IF not more expensive than doing it on Europe or USA... So I surelly CAN'T afford 2 operations, but I also can't stand being short...

Best regards
