My questions for Doctor Fahri

1) On post op day four, can I walk outside? Staying in the hospital is boring!

2) If I heal well, can I extend at 0.75 mm every day as with other patients?

3) Do I x-ray tomorrow? (Day 5)

4) Can you teach me the exercises I can do now to prevent equinus? I need to play sports next time.

5) Can I do abdominal crunches in bed?

6)Do I really have to eat 6000 calories a day? Can I eat less? Worried about getting fat!

I lengthened 0.25 mm today. I can already feel the strain oh my god. Haha!

It feels like growing pains! Not really pain, just discomfort.

Jesus. I hope it does not get worse later. But my ROM is more limited.

How were your first days, people?

Did some PT and walked.

Now the pain is creeping in surely.

Trying to get some oral painkillers.

Otherwise, just endure.

Sigh I can smell very strong cigarette smoke...... This is so bad for healing. Who's smoking...!

I don't know why is smoking allowed in hospital. It is VERY VERY BAD!

Sigh, I told the nurses that smoking will  impede wound healing.

And they (or the patients) are smoking again.

This is really bad.
