Hi everyone,

I am new on the forum. have read various posts about the acceptable gain for the body through LL surgery. I recently read an article by Dr. Paley: I put the link here: https://www.mdpi.com/2227-9067/8/7/540  From what I understood from his paper he was able to practice LL surgery and have gains beyond 13-16cm on short people with a genetic condition. Could this technique be applied to people without a genetic condition? Some people gave some negative feedback about the Betz nail but it seems it is the only one that can go past 15 cm if you have a femur and tibia LL surgery. What do you think?
