Hello,
I am sorry if this is an obvious question for many.
I have read multiple times that there's no need to take off nails such as G-nail and Stryder in the final of the whole LL process.
Does any of you have an opinion on this?
First off all this means that the nail (but not the remote control of Stryder as I have read one doctor saying it needs to be returned) seems to be included in the price of the procedure which may be logic because the nail can't be used a second time due to the effort and metal fatigue it has been subject to.
But would it have some advantage  like bringing more resistance to the limb which will have a calous bone maybe not as hard as the rest of the bone? Or bring generally more protection? But what about bone marrow, wouldn't it be negative for it's full functioning? Or have more (or less) risk of infection?
I will ask this to the doctor(s) but meanwhile please share your ideas!

All the serious doctors tell you to take the nail out.

I can tell you that I only recovered 100% after taking the nails out.
Your bone can't flex and bend naturally with the nail inside.
And you can feel the nail, specially after a workout.

Thanks. It makes sense and was forgetting that bone has some flexibility, it's not rock.
