I've become a proportion nazi. Can't stop thinking about how I'll look at 186CM and I've almost become convinced my arms will be too short for comfort, that is after all an 8CM increase.

There are still a number of guys active on this forum who have done the surgery. How do your proportions look, have you asked anyone about it?

Here are a few examples of men post-op:

LL veterans- Will you tell us how you feel about your proportions?

Remember that these guys aren't wearing any shoes and while they make appear passable in a frontal photo they might not look great when walking and swinging their arms about.

I'm visualizing the moving in my head from these guys lol. I think you and almost everyone (unless they have really long legs) will be fine from a 2-3" gain. If you aiming for a 2" gain, I'd say wear lifts and visualize yourself barefoot and that's how you'll look barefoot after CLL.
