Hey guys !

Im doing great almost no pain and doing daily exercises. I feel my legs are getting stronger day by day. I can bend my knee almost up to 90 degrees now.

By the way how can I post videos here ??

Quick update :

I have reached 1 cm of lenghtening today ! I can bend my knees up to 90 degrees. Going to the toilett got much easier. I got kind of used to the external fixators and I'm able to sleep about 5 to 6 hours per night which is pretty good for me comparing to the first week.

I still take some painkillers sometimes like novalgin + geralgine K to sleep more comfortable.

Olga the physiotherapist came yesterday and she is just amazing me and the other guys are so happy to have her here. Today I am going to exercise on my own and tomorrow Olga is coming again. She is coming 3 times per week which I think is enough ....
