I am not in Vietnam, but in order to avoid suspicion of advertising, I will not disclose the location of the surgery, but simply share my limb lengthening experience with everyone.

day 94 +50mm
lenthening finished

 The frame was removed yesterday
My feet hurt very much after I woke up.
 Trembling with pain
Removing the frame is much more painful than installing them
But the pain ended that night
Only the original nerve pain remains

When it lengthened to approximately 4.5 cm
I started having nerve pain near my right big toe
 It hurts almost every night
Very little pain during the day
 burning sensation tingling sensation
 Makes me uncomfortable to sleep
The doctor said it will take a while to get better
I have to wait and see.

After removing the frame, the ankle mobility is almost 0
The ankle can't move very well
Rehabilitate more and see if it gets better.

 The day has finally come
 freed
It feels really good to have no frame
From the first day of the operation, we have been heading in the right direction.
 Just keep insisting
You will always reach your destination!

Thank you brother, it seems that we were dismantled at about the same time, and we will work hard to recover together.

I took an X-ray yesterday and found that there seems to be no bone growing on the front of my tibia, but there is bone growing on the back near the muscle. Will anyone encounter a similar situation?  Will it grow out slowly later?

I think that we have our muscles behind that's why the back side is growing first, and because of them the blood and minerals and vitamins and calcium are getting there first.
Wait for some time and you will have clarity, may be atleast 2 or 3 weeks .
Best of luck bro .

Day 121

By riding a bicycle and soaking in hot water
My ankle mobility is starting to increase
The muscles of the feet also slowly grow
But at the moment, I’m worried that the bones haven’t grown properly yet.
I don't dare to stand yet

The knee is sometimes a little stiff
but it gets better after some exercise.
 There is very little pain
Only the doctor is left because the nail is too shallow during surgery
 knee pain caused by
The doctor said that this part can only be restored after the nail is removed.
