Lowest cost for surgery on both femurs and tibia? Gain 10-11cm?

Wonder which surgeon is the cheapest and best to do the surgery with. Willing to spend 50k, maybe 80k age 18 right now so it’ll take a while to save up the money.
Want to gain 10cm by doing two surgeries

The doctor lee in south korea meke that for 100k.
I know that must be expensive for your parameters but their level of quality looks similar to europe and north America, and the post treatment is very good

That is not really true.  You need much more than 100k usd for both femurs and tibias.  For tibias with LON, you need at least 40k perhaps more. For femurs with stryde, you need at least 80k.  To be safe for any extra cost, you need to have 130-150k.
